Culinary Nutrition Assistant

Culinary Nutrition Assistant Certificate

The Culinary Nutrition Assistant certificate is designed to equip individuals for employment in the culinary profession as food service assistants in settings such as school cafeterias, hospitals, nursing homes or other operations of quantity food production.  The Program delivers theory and practical application necessary for successful employment.  Program Graduates earn a Technical Certificate of Credit and 20 credit hours.

Program Admission Requirements:

  1. Be at least 16 years old.
  2. Meet minimum test scores.
  3. No special/provisional admission allowed.
